I've tried contacting Middleby directly and get no communication. It is January and still no idea when I'm getting a replacement. I was told it would take until November to get it to my house. Viking approved a replacement in July of 2022. I went through this 3 times and finally was told there is a refrigerant leak and that Viking was going to replace it. They filled it up and it worked for 4 weeks before failing again. My appliance dealer came out and said it had no refrigerant in it. After getting it installed in my house, it did not work right out of the box (no cooling). I purchased a new 48" wide refrigerator in 3/2021 as part of a package of Viking appliances for my kitchen renovation. I would like Viking to ensure that *** ******** has the right parts and understands the issue and has a clear resolution. I would like Viking to simply give me a description of what the problem is with the lights and/or transformer/power unit, an expected delivery date on the parts. We were hoping the same for the warranty and customer service. When we purchased our Viking kitchen we knew that the premium price was for quality products. They will not provide me or *** ******** with an ETA on the parts for the repairs. I have been in contact with Viking but they will not tell me if the parts are available or back ordered. *** ******** then told me they put an order in for the parts with Viking. *** ******** contacted me and told me that the issue is the lighting transformer/power units that are faulty. Viking agreed to warranty the issue and referred us to *** ******** ********* for repair of the LED lights.

We contacted Viking customer support in October 2022. We purchased a Viking refrigerator and during the first few months the interior LED lights were intermittent. I am very disappointed with such a service and asking to be reimbursed back for the $100 that I have been force to pay. When I called the service department to complaint they told me that he never respond to any e-mail or phone calls of such matter, I was told to pay $100 or their is nothing they can do about it since only Mr.******* can resolve this matter.

I sent him an e-mail, left him multiple voice messages, I never got a respond back from him. I requested to waive the $100 fee since I paid $18,000 for the Range and the hood and it was delivered in-complete, I was told to e-mail the request directly to Mr.* ******* service manager for the repair department. We rescheduled the appointment, I was told that they will charge $100 to come back out again. The repair man made an appointment and showed up, my son had an emergency that day and was not at home. After callingcustomer service they order a part. I purchased a brand new Viking Stove, the stove was defective and was missing a part.
